My Blog about my Contact Lenses
Yesterday I went to my favorite eye doctor place, Grand Rapids Ophthalmology, where I was in a contact class and my helper was Katie, a great contact lens specialist. Dad took me there Dr. Peipo (I don't know how to spell her name anyway.) was my favorite eye doctor I've ever seen! I saw her before I left. First, Katie taught me how to put the lenses IN. First, I washed my hands before handling the contacts, then I tried to put the contacts on my eyes, but the contact wouldn't go in my eyes because they were flipping inside out and falling off my finger. But then, after a few times, the contacts suctioned to my eyes! YAY! Then, Katie taught me how to take the contacts OUT. It was much easier taking the contacts OUT than putting them IN my eyelids. After my appointment was over, I decided to put them back on. And they were a perfect fit, and everything looked clear. I told Dad I looked very smart in my contact lenses! That evening I got a new haircut, and I finally got my new look I've been waiting for! I'd like to say that for over a decade I wore my glasses. From now on, I'll treat my contacts with care, and use my saline if I need to use it. I really like my contacts!
